This reunion holds extra significance as it marks the 250th anniversary of the signing of the American Declaration of Independence.
Let’s gather to honor our Revolutionary War Patriot, Captain Charles Floyd (1747–1820), a who led the St. Helena Guards, served on South Carolina’s First Council of Safety, and wore the “Liberty or Death” silver crescent.
We would love to see everyone as we honor 250 years of American independence and the Floyd family’s place in it! Going forward, if you are still receiving your invitation by mail but would consider or prefer to have your invitation emailed to you, please let us know.
